Hydrant/Bulk Water Permit Application

Permit Fee: $35 plus water usage.

Permits are processed during business hours, Monday - Friday. You will be invoiced for all fees.

TERMS OF PERMIT

Hours of Operation: 7 am to 3 pm, Monday - Friday, APRIL - NOVEMBER (weather permitting).
Location: Waste Water Treatment Facility - N59W23551 Clover Drive
All users must fill out a usage slip, which is available inside the maintenance shop in the metal box.
The utility is not responsible for rusty water. Please check the water before using.
