Valid for 1 year beginning July 1.

Amusement Device License Fee - $35 per Machine

Arcade License Fee - $250

All fees are collected after the license has been approved by Village Board.

An amusement device shall mean a pool table, billiard table, electronic game and any other coin, token or slug operated machine which is used by the public as a game, entertainment or amusment, whether or not registering a score but not including music machines.

If you have 15 machines or more, you must apply for an arcade license.
